Vendor – A registered service provider offering lawful services such as drivers, electric wireman, pest control, plumber services, or RO services through GATIIMAN.

Customer – A registered end user seeking services from Vendors through GATIIMAN.

App/Website – Refers to the GATIIMAN mobile application (iOS/Android) and website (https://www.gatiiman.com).

Services – Refers to GATIIMAN’s role solely as a directory for its users and provides an exclusive platform for VENDORS and CUSTOMERS for the purposes set out herein, based entirely on the information furnished by the VENDOR.

a. Personal Identifiable Information (PII):

i. Full name

iv. Address

v. Profile photo (optional)

vi. Date of birth (optional)

vii. Government-issued ID (for Vendor verification only)

b. Payment Information:

GATIIMAN does not process payments between Customers and Vendors. However, payment details (e.g., credit/debit card info, UPI, wallet details) may be collected and processed by third-party payment gateways when Vendors pay subscription fees to GATIIMAN.

c. Non-Personal Data:

i. IP address

ii. Device type and operating system

iii. Location data (with consent)

iv. Browser information

v. App usage statistics (time spent, features used)

d. Communication Data:

i. Messages/queries to support

ii. Feedback, reviews, or complaints

e. Data from Third Parties:

Information from login via Google, Facebook, or other third-party services, subject to their privacy policies.

3. Use of Information:

We use collected data for:

i. Facilitating connections between Customers and Vendors.

ii. Verifying identity and preventing fraud.

iii. Enabling Vendor subscriptions, renewals, and membership management.

iv. Improving App functionality and user experience.

v. Sending notifications, alerts, and confirmations.

vi. Resolving disputes or technical issues.

vii. Complying with legal or regulatory obligations.

viii. Sending promotional/marketing communications (with an opt-out option).

i. Vendors and Customers: To enable service fulfilment.

ii. Payment Gateways: For secure Vendor subscription payments.
